Apiary Gear Affiliate Program Terms
By joining the Apiary Gear Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Affiliate Commission
Approved affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying referral sales.
Commission is calculated based on the eligible product amount after applicable discounts. Shipping charges and taxes are not included in commission calculations.
2. Customer Discount
Approved affiliates may receive a unique 10% discount code to share with their audience.
Affiliate discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts unless otherwise stated by Apiary Gear.
3. 30-Day Referral Window
When a customer clicks an affiliate referral link, qualifying purchases made within the following 30 days may be attributed to that affiliate.
Affiliates may continue sharing their referral links at any time.
4. Eligible Orders
Commission is only earned on valid, completed orders.
Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or chargeback orders are not eligible for commission. If commission has already been recorded for such an order, it may be reversed before payout.
5. Payouts
Approved commissions are paid monthly after order review.
The minimum payout amount is $25 USD.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Apiary Gear currently supports PayPal payouts unless otherwise agreed.
6. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not use their own referral links or affiliate discount codes to earn commission on their own purchases.
7. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Apiary Gear accurately and honestly.
Affiliates may not use misleading claims, false information, spam, unauthorized coupon distribution, or deceptive promotional practices.
Affiliate codes may not be posted to coupon or deal websites without prior approval from Apiary Gear.
8. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Apiary Gear when sharing affiliate links, discount codes, or promotional content.
Disclosures should be clear and easy for customers to understand.
9. Approval and Participation
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
Apiary Gear reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove affiliates from the program if program rules are violated or if participation is no longer appropriate for the brand.
10. Program Changes
Apiary Gear may update commission rates, discount terms, payout rules, or other program policies in the future.
When material changes are made, reasonable notice may be provided to active affiliates.
