Ideal Beeswax Foundation Sheets – 20 or 100 Pack

Beeswax Foundation for Ideal / Half-Depth Hive Frames

The Apiary Gear Ideal Beeswax Foundation Sheets are designed for use with compatible Ideal-depth beehive frames, providing bees with a consistent foundation pattern for comb building.

Made from beeswax-based material and sized specifically for Ideal / Half-Depth frames, these sheets are suitable for frame assembly, foundation replacement, and routine hive preparation.

Sized for Ideal Frames

Each foundation sheet measures approximately:

423 mm × 120 mm × 1 mm

Always confirm your frame dimensions before ordering to ensure proper fit.

Flexible at Room Temperature

For easier installation and handling, allow the wax foundation to reach normal room temperature before fitting it into frames.

Beeswax naturally becomes more brittle in colder conditions, so avoid bending or handling frozen or very cold sheets.
